The customer must notify us of any changes that need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Purchased items have no refund.
After contacting us about any changes the customer is responsible for making it shipped insured no later than 15 days after having requested the change where we will instruct him to make the shipment to Mile High Western Wear for further change.
In special or personalized orders take a period of 30 days maximum to make the shipment and once your order has beenmade or this willnot berefundable. We do our best to ship within 20 days, but this is not guaranteed.
We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong shipping address, and for items stolen after delivery.
We guarantee our products for a period of 30 days only for manufacturing defects.
Item size is the hardest thing to secure (as measurements may vary from supplier to supplier). But if something like this should happen to you please contact us immediately for change.
