Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@milehighwesternwear.com and send your item.

  1. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
  3. Shipping: Standard shipping rates apply. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. International shipping may be subject to customs and duty fees.
  4. Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Custom items are final sale.
  5. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.
  6. Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.
